Our Fall Election

Will the fiberals return???   We tend not to vote in new politians in but to toss bad ones out!!   But when you consider our present state----are we really in a "bad" state of affairs?

I would suggest we are not really in that bad a position.

Hudack is a Mike Harris reincarnate.  Vote him in, and we will go through another butchiering of our governemnt and socal programs.  Bring that on some of you will say.  Sorry, we have barely recovered in our healthcare system from the last conservative bashing.

A bunch of nitch issues---kill wind turbines, kill green energy manufactruing?  Or support the closing of Coal fired hydro?

Another Orange tide??   No not in Ontario this time around.

Are we voiting for the "party" or for the local candidate??  Not too much to complain about with Wilkinson.

Your thoughts??

Rank I am with you, I think I am more afraid of Hudak then the Libs.  I also agree Wilkinson has done a good job here.

Re: Our Fall Election

I hate to say it but I fear that Dip sh** Dalt will be returned to power on the fears of Harper/Ford errors in recent elections.  People are looking at the Ford promises that now can't be met and Harpers do nothing but cut program and fearing the worst I fear will jump to Dalton, under the Devil you know program.

I hate it, but I fear this may happen.  Just look at recent poll-- Dalt is catching back up.

Re: Our Fall Election

HST
Healthcare Tax
Smart Meters
Etc.

So either keep the Liberals who tax the poor or vote PC who could reduce programs for the poor. Great choice all around.

Re: Our Fall Election

Just remember, no politician is nearly as good or as bad as he gets made out to be. Hudak and his PC posse will never be as ruthless as the left side media are trying to paint him.

On the other hand, McGuinty and the Liberals we are all too familiar with already, just imagine the crap they will dump on us if they get elected to a THIRD term.

Re: Our Fall Election

Sooo, Dalt has come in magically with a $5,000,000,000.00 lower deficit this fine election year.  Yeah, I trust this putz!

I want an audit-NOW of the books BEFORE the election.

Has the memory  of Harper disappeared??  The destruction on hospitals, nursing staff, increased wait times??  The destruction of many of the civil service (MOE etc) .. oh yea, that was a good thing...

We want an increase in services, then we need to pay for the new services.  So taxes will go up....or we increase the deficit...and pay and pay and pay interest..the NDP or big C way.

Re: Our Fall Election

ahh yes the old sliht of hand...this time with a billion or 5.....create a set of figures that make things look like $20 billion in the hole...and then about 6 weeks before the election....you announce how great we are doing and say that we are $5 billion or so better off than we thought!!!
